What we collect

When you ask for a guide: your first name, your email and which guide you asked for.

When you apply for a program: the answers in the application form (name, email, optional WhatsApp number, country, what you do, your goal, your main obstacle, the program and how you heard about Karwaan). We never ask about your income.

When you visit: the campaign tags in the link you clicked (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content), stored in a first-party cookie for 30 days, and analytics events such as page views and button clicks.

Why we collect it

To send you the guide you asked for and occasional emails about new guides, to reply to your application, and to understand which pages and posts bring people to Karwaan.

Where it is stored

Form answers are stored in a Supabase database that only the site's server can write to and read from. Emails are sent through [email tool]. Analytics use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel when they are switched on.

Cookies

We use one first-party cookie (kw_utm) for campaign tags, one browser setting for your light or dark theme, and the cookies set by Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. [cookie consent approach for visitors from regions that require it]

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email [contact email] and it will be handled within [number] days.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the services listed above, which process it to run the site.
